– 2 restrooms available
– Tables and chairs (available)
– Kitchen with oven and refrigerator available
– Clubhouse Guidelines and Rules apply, including:
– All decorations (balloons, streamers, banners, piñatas, etc.) must remain inside the clubhouse
– No pets allowed
– Children must remain in the clubhouse or directly outside within the brown-fenced area
– Parking and unloading must be in designated areas only (do not block the adjacent private residence driveway)
– Guests must not enter barn, arena areas, or approach/pet horses for safety and health reasons

Wildlife Notice:
Wildlife is an important and natural part of the Bear Valley Springs community. While enjoying the Equestrian Center and surrounding trail system, you may encounter elk, deer, or other wildlife. For your safety and theirs, do not approach, feed, or attempt to interact with them. If elk or deer are present, please give them ample space and allow them to move through the area undisturbed.
