Facilities
The Beaubien Athletic Fields are a multi-use recreation complex featuring a regulation soccer field, three baseball diamonds of varying sizes, a batting cage, and a shaded picnic area. This area also serves as the entry point to the Bear Valley Nature Path, making it a central hub for both organized sports and casual community recreation.
The fields are named in honor of Ken Beaubien, who built the first sandlot field at this location, advocated for its expansion, and began coaching the youth of Bear Valley Springs. His dedication established a foundation of community spirit and youth sports that continues today.
