Facilities
The Bear Valley Springs Association (BVSA) Office is the central hub for member services and community governance. This is where residents obtain amenity cards, pay annual amenity dues, and handle property-related matters such as additions, new construction, or modifications requiring Environmental Control Committee (ECC) review.
The BVSA is a private homeowner’s association governed by the Davis-Sterling Act. It oversees recreational amenities within Bear Valley Springs and enforces the Conditions & Restrictions (C&Rs) as well as ECC rules on residential properties. The Association is funded through annual assessments/dues and leases its amenities from the Community Services District.
