Located to the left side of the lakeside grass area, Section A offers a scenic and versatile outdoor space perfect for gatherings. The area features three cement picnic tables spaced out beneath the shade of mature trees. With its lakeside setting and open lawn, this site is a wonderful choice for weddings, celebrations, and community events.
Important Notes:
– Electricity is available at all sites for an additional fee
– No water access is available to be run directly to the sites
– There is no lighting at this facility
– There is overflow parking available dirt

Reservation Details:
– Payment of site and cash deposit are due within 10 days of approval at the Whiting Center
– Deposits must be collected within 3 months after the event’s completion; unclaimed deposits will be donated to program development
– Curfew and community noise restrictions apply
– Parking is limited due to the surrounding residential area
Wildlife Notice:
Wildlife is an important and natural part of the Bear Valley Springs community. While enjoying Cub Lake and its surrounding areas, you may encounter elk, deer, or other wildlife. For your safety and theirs, please do not approach or attempt to interact with them. If elk or deer are present, give them plenty of space and allow them to pass through undisturbed.

– Reservations are available from sunrise to sunset, with hours adjusting seasonally
